We would like to inform you about the construction progress of our Aviator Aparthotel in Changgu, which started in March this year. According to our schedule, four floors are scheduled to be completed by September 2023, with 19 flats in the hotel ready to welcome guests as early as May 2024.
We have entrusted the project to a Balinese company with 20 years of construction experience, and an independent international technical supervision team is on site every day to provide quality control.

Only five units remain for sale, with plans to increase the cost after that. We estimate that in the final phase of construction, the cost per unit will be 30% higher than the current cost!
