We are pleased to announce that we have already completed the pouring of the first floor of our hotel. According to our schedule, four floors are scheduled to be completed by September 2023, and in May 2024 the 19 apartments in the hotel will be ready to receive guests.
The construction is being constantly monitored by an independent supervision. All works are being carried out in strict accordance with the project and safety standards, controlling the quality of materials, constantly monitoring the construction works and, if necessary, taking measures to eliminate the revealed violations. We are confident that this approach to construction will make our AVIATOR not only a beautiful but also a safe and secure place to live and relax.
